# Bisnapi Full Infrastructure Specification

Extended documentation for the Bisnapi Execution Engine. 

## ⚖️ Sovereign Architecture
Bisnapi was built as a direct response to digital colonization. We minimize dependency on centralized cloud monopolies by utilizing localized edge infrastructure. 

### 1. The Jakarta Execution Node (JKT-01)
- Runtime: Cloudflare Workers (Platform-Agnostic V8 Isolates).
- Logic is pinned to Jakarta/Singapore regions to ensure sub-100ms response time for Indonesian SMEs.
- Cold starts: < 5ms.

### 2. Data Sovereignty (D1 & KV)
- Relational Data: Cloudflare D1 (SQLite-on-Edge). High consistency for billing and merchant records.
- Distributed State: Cloudflare KV for high-speed configuration and maintenance toggles.
- No legacy centralized databases (No Neon/RDS) to eliminate multi-region latency overhead.
